One clue that you might be holding yourself back in a particular area is the simple fact that you are having trouble moving forward in this area, and making progress with your goal.
Ask Yourself:
- What are my beliefs about achieving this goal?
- Are these assumptions true? Does this make sense?
- Where did this idea come from?
- Does it empower or dis-empower me?
- What is the pay off?
- How does holding this belief serve my best interest?
- Can changing your beliefs or your beliefs about the situation, change your life?
Come clear some limiting beliefs and shift your perspectives with us Thursday 13th 8:00pm EST and Local Trini Time. www.blogtalkradio.com/empoweringspace

Great post!
