I wanted to share this video with my readers, as I think it is beautifully done. It is very clear and concise with beautiful images and soothing music.

Think of a situation in which you feel stuck, or cannot seem to move forward.

The Law of Karma states as you sow, so shall you reap. Whatever we put out into the Universe comes back to us.

Exercise: Think of a situation in which you feel stuck, or cannot seem to move forward, then answer these list of questions. Be gentle with yourself, go with an open heart and mind, filled with curiosity and wonder, and without judgment. Just see, listen, feel what comes up for you. Notice any sensations or feelings of acceptance or resistance to the questions.

Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state.
-What am I creating here?
What you refuse will continue for you.
- What do I refuse to accept about this situation?
It is we who must change not people, places, or things around us.
-What is within my control?
We mirror what surrounds us. Whenever there is something wrong, there is something wrong in us.
-Where do I need to take responsibility for my life?
No matter how small a step we take , the step is important, each step leads to a new step, none being more important than the next.
-What small step do you need to take in this situation?
You cannot think of two things at the same time. You cannot hold both positive and negative thoughts at the same time. I cannot feel compassion and anger at the same time.
-Where do I need to put my attention of focus?
If you believe something to be true, you will be called upon to demonstrate that truth.
-What have you learned that you can put into practice?
-What actions can I now take as a result of my insights?
Looking in the past keeps us from being in the present.
What old beliefs, thoughts or limiting patterns prevent me from moving forward?
History repeats itself until we learn the lesson that we need to change our path.
-What lessons have I learned from this situation?
-What have my challenges taught me?
-What is the potential being called forth?
Lasting rewards require patient and persistent toil. Rewards come in their own time.
-Where do I need to be persistent and when do I need to be patient?
You get back from something whatever you put into it. The value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent we put into it.
-What is your deepest intention here?
-What do you really, really, really want?
Every personal contribution is a contribution to the Whole?
-What are the wider consequences of my actions?
-How will it affect others?
-How will I contribute in a way that uplifts and inspires others?
