It is hard to believe it is December already!! Time sure does fly …

It is easy to get swept along at this time of year without taking time to reflect back on the past year. You are so busy with the holiday preparations and looking forward, that you forget to acknowledge all the wonderful things that have happened throughout the year.

We get so busy and involved in daily happenings and focusing on our destination, our goals, where we want to be instead of where we are right now.

Do you know someone who feels that everything will be okay just as soon as they find that new job, move to a new city, get that degree, find that soul mate, have a baby, renovate the house or reach any hundred of goals? Are you continually looking around the next corner?

Many times we chase down and set goals for ourselves and when they are accomplished, we think “Now what?”, instead of truly acknowledging who you are and who you became to accomplish this goal.

With all the new technology, emails, cell phones, and to do lists, life keeps moving at a fast pace we have great difficulty simply being in the moment.
